What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS Collection Manager, you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and in direct support of US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will provide intelligence support by identifying appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans to exploit target networks and satisfy various collection requirements. Through collection management, you will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely collection requirements, and you will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from analysts supporting the project. You will develop plan and coordinate for the collection on various multi-discipline collection requirements while validating, coordinating, issuing, adjusting, and terminating collections. To succeed in this position, you will need to have collection management experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis.

More About this Role:

Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serves as embedded Collection Manager and Collection Management SME.

  • Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams.

  • Review requests for completeness and accuracy, as applicable to new dataflows or changes to existing.

  • Contribute to a decreasing backlog of submitted requests as well as maintaining and improving completion rates.

  • Work with the appropriate colleagues to refine requirements for mission management tools designed to enhance and improve work center processes.

  • Attend meetings and provide clarity for proposed system improvements.

  • Oversee the organization, maintenance, and accessibility of diverse data sets within a specified collection.

  • Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information.

  • Employ strategic data management practices, Collection Data Managers contribute to the optimization of data resources for informed decision-making and research purpose.

  • Provides consistent real-time updates of collection and planned collection requirements through existing databases.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience. Experience should be as a collection manager supporting SIGINT or in a joint role as a collection manager.

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.

  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong attention to detail.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment.

  • Graduate of DIA Collection Manager Basic Course (CMBC) or equivalent NSA Course.

  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

  • Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.

  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.

  • Current CI/Poly.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
