Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an innovator in mobile shelving systems, library shelving, art rack storage, gun lockers, weapons lockers, evidence lockers, and sports locker rooms, we are also expanding into the marijuana industry for shelving and storage. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment, mechanical repairs, and basic facilities maintenance in a clean and relaxed environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment such as lasers, brake presses, paint lines, assembly lines, manual machines, welders, turrets, and sheet metal machinery.

• Conduct mechanical repairs and minor electrical repairs on plant equipment.

• Carry out basic facilities maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• Troubleshooting

• Repair

• Blueprint reading

• Preventive maintenance

• Mechanical skills

• 2 years of Industrial Maintenance experience or an industrial maintenance degree

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

• Industrial and electrical skills

• Welding

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with welding, manufacturing equipment, turrets, brake presses, and sheet metal

Work Environment

The work environment includes a larger, well-lit, and clean facility with over 200 employees. The position is for 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2-10pm) and 3rd shift (Sunday to Wednesday and Thursday, 8pm-6am).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00
