Description:

This position is responsible for supporting North American Logistics Procurement Activities, including synthesizing and reporting findings from freight data carrier contracted rates and carrier performance, which will play a critical role in creating an optimized global logistics strategy.

• Analyst position within the transportation procurement group.

• Pulling reports out of SAP and entering information into excel.

• Manipulating data sets.

• Manual entries into SAP.

• Supporting category manager with data analysis.

• PO creation in SAP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field;

• 1-2 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, transportation or logistics management services in an analytical capacity.

• Demonstrated ability providing data-driven analysis

• Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets with excel, access, etc.

• Strong business and financial acumen

• Exceptional interpersonal, communications and presentation skills

• Self-Starter

• Project Management Skills

• Results-oriented mindset and positive attitude
