Boehringer Ingelheim Infrastructure Maintenance Manager in Fornovo San Giovanni, Italy
The Position
The candidate will be responsible for managing the Maintenance and Infrastructure Department, ensuring the efficiency of infrastructures and utilities. As an Infrastructure Maintenance Manager, the role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of infrastructure systems such as buildings, facilities, utilities, and equipment. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of five individuals.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of the Preventive Maintenance program, including planning preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure that the activities carried out comply with GMP, ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) company standards, and align with the Seveso Directive and Italian Health and Safety laws.
Implement all Corporate maintenance guidelines.
Promote and enforce Good Documentation Practices in all activities.
Adhere to and enforce general and specific safety rules and measures.
Manage budget effectively.
Update technical documentation related to technological systems and provide related data.
Properly manage the spare parts warehouse and regularly update analysis of critical spare parts
Foster the development and growth of the team through cooperation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Management Engineering
Written and spoken English level B2 and Native Level Italian Language
Knowledge of Office and SAP package (Maintenance module)
Previous experience of 5 years in a similar role
Knowledge of GMP, ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), the Seveso Directive and Italian Health and Safety Laws
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills with a pro-active mindset
