Candidate must be able to: -Lift up to 65-pound boxes by themselves -Sort freight in route order (last drop in first, first drop in last) -Stack different sizes, weights, and types of freight to maximize their pallets/buckhorns in the sort area -Learn and understand individual customer sort codes, staging procedures, and loading procedures

work hours: 4:30PM to 1:00AM

dress code:

The Dress Code is very casual. The warehouse is not climate controlled. You will need to monitor and dress for the weather. Safety Vest (must be on your most outer layer and visible at all times) and Gloves - Provided Steel Toe Boots/Steel Toe Shoes - Talent provides Attire - Summer Months: -No visible undergarments -No tank tops/spaghetti strap/wife beaters. -Muscle/Sleeveless t-shirts are OK (must have sides if t-shirt sleeves are ripped off) -No short shorts, shorts must be past fingertips. -No see through leggings -No low cut shirts -Invest in a water bottle. Cold/Hot water stations are throughout the warehouse. Winter Months: -No Face Masks that cover your ears -No Hoods, Skully/Beanie caps OK -Invest in a tumbler, for coffee or tea. Cold/Hot water stations are throughout the warehouse. No clothing with profanity or anything that could be could be considered offensive to others. Make sure your attire represents Randstad and you in a professional manner.
