Job Title: Production Lead

Job Description

The Production Lead will oversee the production assembly area, setting up production schedules in the morning, monitoring and tracking production efficiency, creating reports, and reporting to the supervisor. The role includes communicating concerns and holding employees accountable on the line. Additionally, the Production Lead will perform all the tasks of the assemblers, including assembling, testing, and modifying custom electronic parts, systems, and assemblies. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting instructions, using a variety of parts and tools, and fitting electronic components together. Tasks may involve fitting or soldering parts together, sometimes under a magnifying light or microscope, and using adhesives and epoxies. This position requires both Thru Hole, rework and SMT soldering.

This is a fully on-site position in Forest Lake area.

Work Environment

• This work is done in a climate-controlled environment.

• 1st shift, 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, with occasional overtime.
