Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the Assembler position on the 2nd shift. Employees will work from Monday to Friday with mandatory overtime and must be open to varying start times. In this role, you will work in teams of 4-5 to assemble and inspect sunglasses from start to finish. Your tasks will include assembly, inspection, packaging, using pad print machines, and labeling boxes. This highly repetitive and fast-paced job requires flexibility as job duties and departments may change regularly. Comfortable shoes/insoles are recommended due to standing/walking all day.

Hard Skills

• Screw, glue, and fasten individual pieces

• Install lenses and glue icons onto frames

• Use small tools for inserting screws or pins

• Operate and maintain pad print machines

• Sand and buff frames

• Set up work stations

• Work with small hand and power tools

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1 Year(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Foothill Ranch, California.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with a fast-paced, highly repetitive short-cycle assembly. Employees will stand throughout the shift and adhere to a casual dress code with close-toed shoes. Protective eyewear is required 100% of the time, and protective ear-plugs are required in certain departments. Employees will undergo a one-hour safety training before starting and participate in regular stretches. An employee discount is offered after 90 days, and there are opportunities for advancement based on performance.
