The Role: As our resident FSET & W-2 Case Manager, you\'ll be the superhero of self-sufficiency, helping individuals unleash their potential and achieve their dreams! From guiding them through the job search jungle to making sure they\'re equipped with all the skills they need; you\'ll be their ultimate champion. And hey, who said saving the day couldn\'t be fun? PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE Dive into the action with individual or group presentations on job search, readiness, and retention techniques. Get your detective hat on and determine eligibility for W2 and related services. Keep the party going by monitoring reports to ensure compliance in both programs. Show off your counseling skills with some motivational pep talks on employment and training. Be the ultimate sidekick by supporting individuals applying for SSI or SSDI benefits. Keep the good times rolling with ongoing case management and coordination with other agencies to make sure everyone\'s needs are met. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Got an Associates degree and two-plus years of work-related experience? Awesome! But if you\'ve got the drive and passion, we want you on our team!
