Brunswick Summer Intern - Dealer Sales Support in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

As a Dealer Sales Intern you will report to the Inside Sales Manager with the primary responsibility to provide world class customer service to Mercury Dealers in the United States by answering calls and emails as well as assisting with day to day tasks (order entry, order maintenance, order tracking, etc). This position is ideal for candidates who are team-oriented and believe in supporting sales goals through collaboration with their co-workers and field sales managers, as well as other internal stakeholders. The position includes working direct with dealers on order processing, product inquires, and process and procedure communication. Problem solving and ability to make decisions within policies and procedures is required. This is a position that must be success-driven, able to multi-task, and work well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond and support customers through, but not limited to, phone calls and email.

  • Daily use of Salesforce.com to document and facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Regional Business Directors as well as cross-functional departments such as credit, supply chain and distribution.

Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with a major in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field

  • Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits

  • Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) during the summer of 2025

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, phone presentation skills, oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency with computer software applications (order entry, word processing, databases and spreadsheets)

  • Permanent US Work Authorization required
