We are offering an opportunity for an Exception to join our team in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. The position is within the industry and involves a contract employment opportunity. As an Exception, you will be mainly tasked with handling customer-related activities, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient process flow.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer applications

• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and precise

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitoring the status of customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Utilizing basic office skills to perform daily tasks effectively and efficiently.

Requirements • Exceptional understanding and proficiency in Basic Office Skills

• Ability to handle and resolve exceptions in a timely and efficient manner

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or related field would be an asset

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

• Detail oriented demeanor and positive attitude
