Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the Software and AI Executive office team and drive organization and people initiatives and communication.
The SAI executive office team covers operation/budget, emulation and engineering compute enablement and scheduling, automation/infrastructure, HSD/bug tool updates and execution tracking to our engineering milestones as well as communication of those trends to our engineering org. This role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation and strategic alignment of the executive office. Responsibilities include OKR management, top job and milestones tracking, EES analysis and improvement planning, as well as content creation support; open forums, organizational updates, and newsletters (extra focus on our AI driven engineering development flow enhancements) to keep employees informed and engaged. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to achieve specific business objectives, monitor progress, and report on status to senior leadership.
This supporting role is essential as the SAI organization continues to grow, now standing at approximately 5,000 employees

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Requirement/Technical Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or related technical discipline with 9 plus years of work experience OR
Master's degree in business or related technical discipline with 6 plus years of work experience OR
PhD degree in Business or related technical discipline with 4 plus years of work experience
Technical Experience:
- 2 plus years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field in a business program owner/management role.
Preferred skills/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding business, organizational development, communication and tech acumen on AI technologies, applications, and market trends.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $165,210.00-$233,240.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
