We currently seek a Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our community partner, Healthy Living Primary Care. Healthy Living Primary Care is a highly regarded and well-established group in Folsom, CA, that has a strong reputation of providing exceptional patient care and for 5-star patient satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
Opportunity Highlights:
Full time employment with work-life balance
Reasonable daily patient volume expectations with ample time allotted for each patient (30 minutes per encounter)
No nights or weekends; no call
Primary and preventative care including:
Adults and pediatric patients
Lab/imaging follow-up appointments
Management of stable chronic medical conditions, with goal of moving to management of medically complex patients
Medicare annual wellness exams

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Completion of accredited training program(s)
Board certified
2-5 years prior APP experience in family medicine, including peds, preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
Willingness to learn and grow

Pay Range
$68.00 - $78.00 /hour
