Blow Molded Specialties, Inc. Maintenance Technician 3rd shift in Foley, Minnesota
- Performs preventive maintenance on presses and auxiliary equipment to ensure continuous production and to manufacture a quality product. 2. Monitors equipment, making adjustments and major repairs as necessary, to maintain production standards. 3. Performs troubleshooting and makes adjustments to the part processing in support of Manufacturing to ensure continued production of quality products. 4. Completes daily maintenance records for documentation of preventive maintenance measures. 5. Provides input regarding production process, equipment and materials to continuously improve the manufacturing process and to ensure a quality parts. 6. Performs general plant maintenance, making referrals as needed, to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment. 7. Keeps all work areas clean of all debris for safety and efficiency. 8. Works always in a safe manner, observing and suggesting improvements for a safe working environment. 1. Performs functions of press operator as needed. 2. Performs machine and fixture set up functions. 3. Participates in other team efforts or projects as assigned and performs other functions as directed.
