Pinelake Church Administrative Assistant - Campus Administration [Part-Time] (One Church Team) in Flowood, Mississippi
SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the Director of Strategic Alignment & Development to fulfill the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church. Primary responsibilities include coordinating, organizing, and planning administrative functions for the Strategic Alignment & Development team, as well as supporting collaboration across campus ministries.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of the Strategic Alignment & Development team and Pinelake Church.
Under the leadership of the Director of Strategic Alignment & Development, supports collaboration with the Strategic Planning Manager and Internal Communications Specialist and contributes to the overall mission and vision of Pinelake Church.

Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.

Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support monthly All Staff events to ensure proper communication, room reservations, cross-checking dates, and securing supplies in coordination with the campus calendar.
Oversee details and contracts for staff development activities including but not limited to travel arrangements, payment, and schedule coordination with subject matter experts.
Provide administrative support in the strategic planning process and key initiatives for Pinelake Church across ministries.
Develop a high level of proficiency in Leadr platform, including maintenance of the staff reporting structure as related to performance reviews, check-ins, and surveys; generating reports and data in the Leadr platform will be required.
Develops a high level of proficiency with the online church management system (CMS) to ensure proper room set-up and use, confirming and cross-checking events in coordination with the campus calendar, while maintaining communication with the facilities team on all campus room usage.
Provides administrative support for campus gatherings including strategic and ministry planning, quarterly campus meetings, database training, and administrative equipping opportunities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent minimum; college experience preferred. Two to five years of administrative support experience.
