Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Florham Park, New Jersey. As part of the team, you will be tasked with managing payroll-related tasks, utilizing accounting software systems, and providing financial services.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for a variety of payroll functions

• Provide financial services using ADP, with a focus on Workforce Now

• Manage and audit payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Administer 401k - RRSP, ensuring correct and timely contributions

• Use Crystal Reports to generate detailed financial reports

• Perform various accounting functions as needed

• Use About Time software for efficient time tracking and payroll calculation

• Administer benefits and resolve any related issues

• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations

• Use Ceridian for human resources, payroll, and benefits administration. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Proficient in using Ceridian

• Ability to use Crystal Reports

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Capable of performing Accounting Functions

• Skills in Auditing

• Experience in managing Benefit Functions
