Carlton Fields is seeking an Office Services Coordinator for its New Jersey office.The Office Services Coordinator role will ensure consistently high-quality customer service to attorneys and staff, as well as external clients, to include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:Reception•Office Coordinator will sit at Reception desk and greet and announce clients and visitors;•Answers telephone and directs calls to individuals or takes detailed messages•Reserves conference rooms and visitor offices and communicates with other firm-wide Receptionists•Collects and places food orders within budgetary guidelinesOffice Services•Office Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, distributing and sending out all mail and courier packages•Monitor and distribute any and all faxes on a timely basis•Copying and binding of documents•Ordering supplies and maintaining a current inventory within budgetary guidelines•Monitoring and coordinating shredding pickups•Coordinating with various vendors and maintaining positive relationships with building management•Assist with basic Printer and IT support•Ability to lift 50 lbs.Hospitality•Maintaining and cleaning of pantry and conference rooms, to include meeting and luncheon set-ups•Running dishwasher when necessary Qualifications•High School Diploma or equivalent required•Experience working in a law firm preferred•Strong organization and communication skills•Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel•Must be punctual and reliable•Ability to work independently, as well as a team playerCandidates must apply using the following URL.
