Job Description

One of our clients in Florham Park, NJ is looking for an associate scientist. This person will be working at a desk in an office setting helping to digitally categorize and manage raw materials quality and inventory. They will primarily be responsible for supporting internal new raw material approval and qualification process. He/she will be required to work closely with raw material suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders/cross functional teams including - Product Safety/Toxicology, Eco Toxicology, Procurement, Regulatory, Microbiology and Quality Management.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. chemistry, engineering etc.), with 1-3 years of industry/professional experience.

-Ability to interpret technical documentation like SDS, CofA etc.

-Experience working in a collaborative environment

-Experience with handling multiple projects at a time -BS or MS in Chemistry

-Project Management experience null
