On-Site Shipping and Mail Operations Associate

About the Role: Customer Experience Associate II

As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will lead critical functions involved in coordinating, shipping, and tracking equipment in a corporate environment. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders and request. You will assist in mail room operations when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage equipment orders, requests, tracking and logging.

• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide information to IT, Clients, and Customers.

• focusing on quality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate request.

• Lifting 20-50 lbs. in a warehouse environment

• Using computer systems to generate, print, package, track, and ship equipment orders.

• Cross training in mail room operations to assist when needed.

• Communicating with the IT Department, Client, and Managers on all orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of corporate shipping and receiving environment or relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills and proficiency.

• Familiarity with shipping and receiving.

• Able to lift 20-50 lbs.

• Onsite work in a facility dedicated to print and mail operations.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $17 hourly.
