Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Florence, Kentucky. This role revolves around serving as the initial point of contact for customers, processing orders, and providing support across various departments including Sales, Logistics, and Accounting within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service.

• Respond to and manage customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and shipping status.

• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately through an ERP system.

• Assist with the preparation of customer invoices.

• Proactively escalate customer concerns of greater complexity or impact.

• Support the Sales, Logistics, and Accounting team as needed.

• Use communication tools such as email and phone calls to provide customer support.

• Participate in cross-functional training to enhance understanding of work functions and procedures.

• Ensure the accuracy of customer records and perform any necessary administrative tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service

• Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric approach

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Skilled in managing email correspondence and maintaining professionalism in written communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required

• Experience in order entry and processing

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and in a timely manner

• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise software is desirable

• Must uphold the company's customer service standards and strive to provide excellent service at all times.
