Job Summary
Facilities and Operations is looking for a Project Associate Manager who will be responsible for the management, performance, and completion of F & O projects. This position will work closely with various team members to meet each project's objectives and deadlines.
This position will report to the Business Operations Manager.

Responsibilities*
Responsible for management, performance, and completion of projects under direct supervision.
Act as the single point of contact and customer liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project activities.
Responsible for coordination of various process partners, including campus stakeholders
Facilitate project kick-off meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all parties.
Develop TeamDynamix ticketing system forms, workflows, automation rules, and reports to respond to service requests.
Prepare project reports, maintain assigned tickets and communications.
Request access for and train staff on TeamDynamix ticketing system.
Evaluate and implement inventory tracking system for the stockroom
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree
Relevant project management experience in facilities and operations to include developing project scopes and timelines
Strong computer skills (including Office or Google Suite) and experience using teleconferencing apps.
Previous Experience with TeamDynamix or similar work ticketing software
Work Schedule
This position requires a fully in-person work schedule at this time and is subject to change based upon the duties of the position and the needs of the department.
