Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant Senior will provide general administrative and transactional support to the HR responsibilities of the College of Innovation & Technology (CIT). This position reports directly to the Administrative Specialist..
Responsibilities*
Administrative support for HR activities
- Prepare, process and manage all CIT GEO/LEO and temporary job postings
- Prepare and distribute LEO/GEO official letters, in concurrence with Union contract regulations and deadlines
- Assist with the LEO faculty evaluation process
- Support CIT adherence to Standard Practice Guidelines in management of Human Resources
General Administrative Support for CIT staff, faculty and students
- Maintain process documentation and resources for CIT
- Provide administrative assistance for faculty and staff events
- Related duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications*
- High school education or equivalent
- 4 or more years of administrative support experience
