Cummins Inc. Maintenance Support Facilitator in Fletcher, North Carolina
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Support Facilitator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must currently work within the maintenance group and be within plant wide attendance goals for the past 5 years.
Must be able to demonstrate leadership, self-management, problem solving, and team building skills.
Must be self-motivated and be willing to identify, implement and support continuous improvement activities including Safety, 5S, TPM, DOM and the PM Pillar.
Must have demonstrated flexibility to work with all Maintenance and Production teams including the ability to react to schedule changes, work overtime, weekends, and non-standard hours to meet commitments.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Communication between Maintenance, Engineering and Production is key to the success of the department.
Must provide a thorough turnover report at end of shift including a face-to-face hand off with the other Facilitators, lead pre-shift meetings, assign PM’s and work orders, follow-up and completion of breakdown analysis forms and various audits as well as ensuring complete and accurate data has been entered into the CMMS system.

final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
