Flasher Public School Building and Grounds Maintenance in FLASHER, North Dakota
. Maintenance duties for building and grounds and other duties as assigned.
Inspecting the school premises regularly to identify issues requiring maintenance and repair
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment and building systems
Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping and disinfecting areas as needed
Ensuring all utilities, such as electricity and water supply, are in good working condition
Setting up rooms or halls for school events and activities
Maintaining and repairing school facilities including classrooms, restrooms, athletic fields, and playground equipment
Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment
Removing snow or other hazards from walkways and public areas to prevent accidents
Keeping records of maintenance and repair work
Responding quickly to emergency situations and executing evacuation plans if necessary
