Position Title: Inventory Control Coordinator / Inventory Specialist
Location: Flagstaff, Az 86004
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 3 Months (Potential extension )
Job Type: Contract and Onsite
Monday through Friday, from 8AM through 5PM
Pay Range:\$20- \$21.32/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Top Skills:
- Three years of experience in an automotive/heavy equipment parts supply operation involving responsibility for receiving, stocking, and issuing a wide variety of automotive/heavy equipment parts/supplies
Job Description:
- Provide customer service support in person and by phone or email.
- Assist in always keeping office and the supply warehouse neat and orderly.
- Complete paperwork legibly and enter data into computer accurately Ordering/Purchasing of parts and supplies, maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts for purchases.
- Pull parts and deliver them to technicians on the shop floor
Skills required :
- Ability to check incoming parts/supplies against invoices, packing slips and related documents for accuracy
- Knowledge in basic computer programs and applications such as Google Workspace.
- Ability to provide customer service; understanding the customer\'s needs.
- Assist in always keeping office and the supply warehouse neat and orderly.
- Complete paperwork legibly and enter data into computer accurately Ordering/Purchasing of parts and supplies, maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts for purchases.
- Pull parts and deliver them to technicians on the shop floor
