Tiny Home Builder

Duties:

• Perform various construction tasks finish carpentry and general carpentry to meet project specifications.
• Prepare the construction site daily, organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Install structural components such as windows, doors, molding, and cabinets, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building plans to ensure precise work.
• Operate power tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Assist in MEP installations, including basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Dispose of hazardous materials and debris according to local regulations.
• Aid other team members if your duties are completed ahead of schedule.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction industry or related field is preferred, but we welcome individuals eager to learn.
• Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, hammers, and saws.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, with basic understanding of MEP systems.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a team environment.
• Commitment to wearing protective safety gear and complying with safety regulations.
• Physical stamina, ability to perform repetitive actions, and strength to perform manual labor, including the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

Job Details:

• Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Typical work hours are 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no night shifts.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on project deadlines.
• Year-round work ensuring job stability regardless of seasonal conditions.
