Robert Half HR Assistant in Fishers, Indiana

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, assisting with HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience. Located in the Fishers, Indiana area - this is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.

  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and correspondence.

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or HR certification preferred.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
