Emerson After Sales Specialist in FIORENZUOLA D'ARDA, Italy

After Sales Specialist represents the point of contact and focal point for the assigned customer base once the product has been delivered to customers.

You will look after establishing and keeping excellent relationships with customers, handling field and in house service activities, so that all service administration is aligned, up to date and detailed.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Process efficiently complains from Customer about product delivered.

  • Receive and process customer’s requests for technical support (remote helpdesk or physical intervention at the site), as well as customers’ modifications/upgrades to existing products.

  • Operate Product recalls, in relation to the customer’s complains.

  • Settle and balance priorities, by coordinating them in all their facets.

  • Within the After Sales domain, Work as a Project Manager, appropriately balancing costs, time, purpose, quality and risks, from the opening of the request until its final closure.

Collaborating with internal relevant company departments and external business partners, plans, monitors and coordinates the entire activity with the main aim of guaranteeing extensive answers and/or offering timely, efficient, effective solutions, as well as maximum customer happiness.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Secondary School Diploma in technical area.

  • Good knowledge of Office Suite in particular Excel.

  • Intermediate English level.

  • Even a short experience in an Operation Department of a methalmechanic industry.
