Job Description

Primary Responsibility:

Gather and document requirements no specific tool

Heavy GIS background pre sales engineer experience. Minimum 5 years of experience

Interface with internal and external business partners and customers

Integrate with systems (ArcGIS)

Work closely with ESRI (external vendor)

Will not be building on the back end, but rather be a super user for the ArcGIS platform

Prefer manufacturing/industrial/oil gas background

Large enterprise level experience

Day to day: Join and conduct meetings with business clients, both internal and external, and look at the business solutions, interface heavily with GIS team

Working on file app upgrades, decomp of the system, bringing in new system (ArcGIS is on prem and moving to private Azure Cloud platform)

ArcGIS is already rolled out at Galveston Bay refinery, but looking to roll out to others in 2025

Would prefer experience with OSI PI, time series data, SAP data

Agile/Scrum environment

Strong communication skills / eager personality

Take initiative to ask tough questions, learn, apply, and follow up on processes.

The team is 8-10 people and engages outward. Engage heavily with midstream and refining organization.

Pay Range: $65-80/hour
