Cook and plate a variety of menu items according to recipes, keep work areas clean, wash and put away dishes, do prep work, stock and maintain the line, pull meats and breads from freezer, close kitchen at end of shift leaving it clean and ready for the next shift, clean grill and broiler. Prep includes but not limited to slicing, dicing, making sauces, portioning different foods.
