Lakes Country Service Cooperative is hiring a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician to begin working ASAP. Starting Salary $30,099 Lakes Country Academy (LCA) is hiring a certified RBT for the 24-25 school year, at the Fergus Falls LCA site. The RBT position is a salaried position with 182 work days, 8 hours per day. The RBT assists the LCA BCBA with behavior programming and is directly supervised by the LCA BCBA. Specific job duties include: Direct (time with students and staff) o Support to staff in struggling classrooms o Support to staff with struggling students o Model behavior interventions o Responding to Codes Indirect o Data collection and analysis in collaboration with LCA BCBA o Incident report management assistance o Active participant in behavior meetings o Supervision meetings with LCA BCBA
