Job Summary: The receptionist/Office Administrator will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the front desk and office. Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate and organize an orderly, efficient, and friendly front desk area Organize and meter outgoing mail and receive and sort incoming mail and email Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purposes of call, and forwards call to the appropriate personnel or department. Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records when needed. Order office supplies and maintain a stocked and organized supply closet. Enter cash receipts and assist in accounting projects Maintain freight database duties include scanning in freight bills and gathering missing information not on paperwork Prepare accounts payable checks for mailing. Ensure office breakroom and conference rooms is cleaned at end of day before leaving. Appropriate business casual attire; the receptionist represents Koller Enterprises, Inc. to external clients at all times. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in office administration or related field preferred. At least one year of administrative and clerical experience required.
