Salary Range:$19.00 To 23.00 Annually

JOB SUMMARY

Independently performs cosmetic, dimensional, and functional inspections for receiving, in-process, and final inspection activities for raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished goods.  Assist with performing in-house calibration of test equipment.  Performs associated data entry/reporting activities, maintains inspection and test records, and generates inspection reports.

 This position will have work times of Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM with OT as needed. Candidates must be willing to come through a staffing agency for a 90-day period prior to becoming a Domico employee. 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

1. Quality Control Responsibilities

• Utilizes and complies with the Quality Management System
• Performs Receiving, In-Process, Final, and "1st Article" inspections including completing required documentation and data entry.
• Collects data as required for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Establishes and organizes their workstations and receiving quarantine areas as needed.
• Contributes to determination of the appropriate methods, including set-ups, tooling, and sequences to perform inspections to ensure that the inspection process is efficient and effective.
• Contributes to the management of inspection planning and prioritization.
• When directed, participates in internal auditing.
• When directed, assists with Quality Assurance activities including but not limited to customer returns, non-conforming product, and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
• When directed, assists Engineering and Manufacturing with product design verifications and process qualifications/validations.
• When directed, assists with calibration activities per calibration procedures.
• Performs record reviews
• Utilizes software to assign labor time and if required materials to jobs

2. Other Duties as Assigned
