Job Details:
We are seeking a full time online sales person. eBay, Facebook, and online sellers will have to know how to source and photograph items, post listings, optimize listings for SEO, (bump and renew) ship items domestically and internationally, handle customer service issues, manage inventory and promote listings through various mediums (e.g., social media). Inventory management, page updates, customer liaison, supplier relationship management, and replenishment. Once an order has been placed, one has to make sure that it is picked, checked, packed, and shipped to the customer. Handling light accounting work is also part of this whole business of working as an eBay or online seller.
Job Requirements:
- Market products on the eBay FB site, using well-established selling procedures and techniques.
- Respond to customers' inquiries regarding products, and shipment, ensuring that the right type and amount of information is forwarded to shipping department and accounting office.
- Provide customers with information on shipment amounts, in addition to the cost of products.
- Go through order files to determine the quantity and type of products ordered.
- Look through online and physical inventory to determine the availability of products.
- Pick, pack, label, and ship products to the customer, and provide delivery timelines.
- Respond to customers' complaints regarding service and product quality, aiming to resolve their issues.
- Oversee the inventory to ensure product availability and assess stock situations.
- Create and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that products are delivered timely.
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding payment options, process credit, and debit card payments, provide wire EFT transfer information to buyers.
- Handle returns and exchanges in sync with the guidelines provided by the company.
- Of course, your customer dealing skills also have to be exceptional.
