Administrative Assistant Contract / Temporary to Hire Pay Rate - \$17.41 - \$20.16 / Hourly Description This job\'s time zone is Eastern. We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts. The role primarily requires support within a busy sales office, requiring constant communication with field staff and managing inventory. This position is onsite and will be part of a team of four people. Responsibilities: Provide sales support to a busy sales office. Maintain constant communication with field staff. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring it is accurately recorded. Prepare daily reports related to sales and inventory. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing work requirements. Provide additional administrative support as needed, showing initiative in identifying tasks. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and email correspondence. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as required. Answer inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Use Quickbooks for financial management tasks. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent customer service skills and experience Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Proven ability in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Ability to draft and manage email correspondence Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team High level of organization and ability to multitask Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
