Robert Half Payroll Supervisor/Manager in Federal Way, Washington

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Federal Way, Washington. As part of your role, you will be managing payroll functions, ensuring the efficient use of accounting software systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is an integral part of our team, providing vital support in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all payroll functions.

• Ensure the effective use of various accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and UKG Pro.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulations.

• Manage data processing and accounting functions to ensure efficient operations.

• Handle all employee benefit functions, ensuring they are administered accurately and on time.

• Assist with about time functions, ensuring employees are accurately clocked in and out.

• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations and ensure all payroll activities adhere to these standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.

• Handle any other tasks related to payroll management as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of Ceridian

• Competence in Data Processing

• Familiarity with About Time

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Strong Compliance skills

• Proficiency in UKG Pro
