JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:

• Graduate of a nationally approved Nursing program is required.

• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

• Must be currently licensed by the WA State Board of Nursing

• Prior Right Response Training preferred
