Job Title: Senior Project Manager
A Senior Project Manager at Arvest manages large scale, transformational projects. They plan and lead the execution of all aspects of the project, including managing core elements. The Senior Project Manager will lead a high performing team across multiple stakeholders and vendors. Responsible for the success of the project, they will execute advanced project planning and alignment to the desired business outcomes.

What Youll Do at Arvest:
Partner with the business to develop projects and/or update roadmaps, include appropriate involvement of Bank and external resources.
Deliver strategic goals by curating recommendations based on expertise in various methodologies.
Lead a portfolio of very large, complex transformational projects.
Be a driver of change and solutions.
Help direct project managers and project coordinators in the completion of responsibilities
Contribute to executive-level communications, including status updates.
Provide input on staff performance and review teams deliverables to ensure quality.
Navigate stakeholder environment and manage expectations and facilitate effective decision making when differing opinions occur.
Ensure the development and execution of organizational change management plan to support effective implementation of the projects and/or any significant changes to systems.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
