Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Fayetteville, Arkansas, 72701, United States for an Entry Level Accountant. This role falls within the industry and will be situated at our workplace. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Process customer applications with efficiency and accuracy

• Maintain customer records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate

• Resolve any customer inquiries that may arise

• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis tasks

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various accounting tasks

• Perform bookkeeping duties as per the industry standards

• Operate Intacct for accounting and financial management duties. Requirements • Applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is necessary for this role.

• Strong bookkeeping skills are required.

• Experience with Intacct is considered a significant advantage.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including understanding of formulas and functions, is essential.

• Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy are needed.

• The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex numerical data.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing large volumes of financial data.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
