Role Description
Live Nation Marketing Partnerships requires a Concession Manager to join the operational delivery division to help our (mainly drinks) partners get their products into hands of millions of fans.
We’re looking for a highly organised individual who can take ownership of the operational advancing all requirements on product lines being retailed across the Live Nation festival portfolio.
The role will suit someone who can build solid working relationships quickly and easily, works well on their own initiative and is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working with brands, agencies, concessionaires as well as experience of working onsite at events is highly preferred.

Essential
Highly organised and able to work across multiple internal and external departments
Experience in brand partnerships, marketing, festivals and/or the live music business
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
An attention to detail second to none
Able to prioritise, and hit deadlines consistently
Ability to plan and anticipate problems, along with understanding how best to address them
Resourceful and flexible with a positive ‘can do’ approach
Comfortable with extended time away from home and the requirements of seasonal work
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with particular need to be fully competent on Microsoft Excel
Desirable
Working knowledge of one or more of the festivals within the LN Portfolio
Salesforce experience
Full UK Driver’s licence

What the role includes
Enforcing standardised practices with concessionaires as set by HOD of Product
Owning accurate information supplied on brand exclusivity to concessionaires
Ensure all brand partner exclusivity clauses are understood and are being respected by all concessionaires
Agree with concessionaires the service standards expected and required
Design and enforce activation bar process with concessionaires
Ownership over how our brand partners are represented on bar menus at festivals
Ownership over F&B tokens plus pre paid card facilities used by brand partners at festivals
Keep operational information up to date – always being clear and concise
Communicating extensively with internal and external parties
Ensuring our partners are aware of, and adhering to, our Live Nation Sustainability Charter
Overseeing POS with concessionaire and festival teams
Be the go to person between partners that supply products to festivals and our retail team(s)
Post event sales reporting
Working closely with all teams in the Marketing Partnership department
