We are looking for a Customer service coordinator to join us on a hybrid basis in Farnborough. You will be co-ordinating activities around planned maintenance and reactive visits, ensuring KPI’s and contractual SLA’s are met whilst delivering a consistently high level of service to all customers.

Maximise commercial opportunities and develop existing clients’ portfolios. Assist the company in maintaining the highest possible standards of Health & Safety at Work and Quality, this in accordance with current legislation and policies laid down by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-level service to our customers, dealing with all their questions and queries effectively and in a prompt timely manner. Making sure customers are kept updated at all times.

  • Co-ordinating activities around planned maintenance, reactive work and follow up jobs for customers, and that all KPI’s and contractual SLA’s are met at all times.

  • Processing customer orders and transactions and ensuring work is processed in an efficient and timely manner. Making sure all information is understood and the necessary actions/recommendation are completed before closing the job and/or processing through to be invoiced.

  • To ensure all customer correspondence/emails are responded to within the targeted time.

  • Maintain all company systems with up to date and accurate details of each customer/account, including correct address/contact details and any other key information for managing the customer’s contract the post-holder must comply with the Company’s Policies and Procedures and Code of Conduct.

Key competencies:

  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and on email

  • Good written and verbal skills are essential together with commercial awareness and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Solid organisational and administrative skills gained in a customer focused environment.

  • Quick thinking/learning – able to pick up and understand information quickly and easily, learns new tasks quickly. Can think on their feet in an ever changing environment

  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for completing the tasks required

  • Proactive approach and proven ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines

  • Computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word etc) and with experience of using in house systems
