We are seeking a Painter/Coating Operator (NAD-CAP experience prefered) if you have expeirence painting and coating aerospace parts, please to this role. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.

• Apply various coatings, including paints, primers, and sealants, using spray guns and other application techniques.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and quality targets.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes
