The Manufacturing Analyst will be part of the Operations team and will report directly to the Director of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). You will be responsible for the maintenance and training on the Operations BI reports, be data-driven for decision making within the corporation. Works as part of a team to design, build, and support our BI solutions platform.
Manufacturing Analyst should be able to comprehend the current state of the organization and marketplace. Meticulous about producing quality work and have excellent communication skills. Work closely with the operations teams and regularly provide strategic input based on past/current/future (modeling) trends seen in the data.
Duties:
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly BI reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
Responsible for monthly KPI reporting for the business.
Support the optimization, and enhancement of dashboards in BI Reporting Tools
Sustain the maintenance of production dashboards in BI Reporting Tools.
Assist with implementation/review of data quality improvement processes and initiatives.
Provide support and expertise to leadership to assist with increased utilization of BI tools.
Assist with the development of the Sales & Operations Planning training book.
Assist with the development of the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Informed and Consulted) for S&OP.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of business intelligence and report writing experience.
Familiarity and solid working knowledge with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other necessary computer software.
Must be able to work in teams & independently.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Power BI: 1-2 years (Preferred)
ERP systems: 2 years (Preferred)
