Our client, a leader in the production of specialty filter screens for the HVAC and Air Movement Industry, is seeking an Industrial Sewing Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Sewing Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the production of custom manufactured screen filters. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a friendly demeanor, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Sewing Technician

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Produce custom screen filters using vinyl or nylon mesh materials.

• Operate single and double needle sewing machines on large sewing tables.

• Read and accurately follow production order documents.

• Utilize basic measuring and cutting tools to ensure precision in work.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of industrial sewing experience.

• Experience working with nylon/vinyl mesh and canvas materials.

• Ability to read and follow detailed production order documents.

• Physical capability to move and reach across the table surface and stand or sit for extended periods.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation to and from work.
