Responsible for developing and implementing electric motor design. Define key specifications for e-motor operation, including performance requirements (continuous and transient). Collaborate with mechanical, CAE, and system teams to create a highly integrated drive unit assembly for vehicle application. Support design and balance performance, manufacture, cost and system requirements, generate technical solutions for different requirements. Interact with customers and analyze and implement customer's specifications. Support design reviews and technical support for customers. Support BOM and manufacturing packages, validation test DV and PV. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and objectives. Identify issues or obstacles and work on their resolution.
