We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This role encompasses the selection, implementation, and documentation of software to optimize management and scheduling of available resources in a technical environment. Responsibilities:

• Interface with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

• Support software selection processes, providing recommendations based on technical expertise.

• Implement selected software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of software implementations and modifications.

• Utilize skills in CRM, Database, and Gap Analysis to optimize business processes.

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to detail business needs and solutions.

• Apply knowledge of Business Process Functions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Leverage Microsoft Technologies skills to support technical tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management

• Experience within Finance or Accounting Industries, experience with Resource Planning & Management Software is desired

• Understanding of Business Process Functions and ability to optimize them

• Experience in preparing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents

• Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
