Camps R Us Warehouse Manager in Farmingdale, New York
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing inventory, overseeing the campus supply chain, and supporting the operational and logistical needs of Camps 'R' Us. This role ensures that equipment, supplies, and facilities are ready for the camp season and operates smoothly in coordination with our partner, Monster Party Rentals. The goal of the Warehouse Manager is to ensure efficient operations that support the successful running of our camps.
The Warehouse Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and supervises a small team of special operations staff during the camp season. They work closely with campus operations staff and coordinate with the main office and other key teams.
Managing campus supply chains, including ordering, organizing, and maintaining supplies and equipment Leading a team during the camp season to ensure efficient logistics and support across campuses Overseeing inventory management, organization, and loss prevention Coordinating with Monster Party Rentals for equipment delivery, setup, and event logistics Operating camp-owned and leased vehicles for supply deliveries and event setups Maintaining, repairing, and organizing equipment to ensure all assets are in working condition Collaborating with special operations staff at various campuses to ensure smooth operations
