We are offering an excellent employment opportunity for a Strong Senior Accountant in the service industry, located ON-SITE in FARMINGDALE, NY

Responsibilities:

• Execute precise account reconciliations and maintain accurate balance sheets

• Operate efficiently with Sage Intacct and display strong Excel skills

• Exhibit experience in a large firm setting

• Exhibit proficiency in general ledger management and journal entries

• Conduct thorough month-end closing procedures

• Experience in payroll accounting will be considered an added advantage

• Show strong ERP experience

Requirements

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is a necessary requirement.

• Applicants should have prior experience in Bank Reconciliations.

• Familiarity with the General Ledger is expected.

• Ability to manage Journal Entries effectively is necessary.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in performing Month End Close is required.

• Knowledge and experience in using Sage Intacct is a plus.

Bachelor or higher in accounting required
