We are looking for a skilled interim Accounting Manager. This role will primarily involve managing all aspects of forensic accounting operations within a respected client in the forensic accounting market. This presents a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of forensic accounting operations

• Conduct detailed forensic accounting investigations

• Analyze complex financial reports and records

• Present findings in clear, concise reports for legal proceedings

• Collaborate with legal entities on fraud and financial investigations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations regarding accounting and fraud detection

• Develop proficiency in forensic software like IDEA, ACL, and Microsoft Excel

• Produce concise, relevant, and insightful written reports on findings

• Utilize financial databases and data analysis software

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Display effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role such as Accounting Manager or relevant field

• Proficiency in Forensic Accounting is required

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• A strong understanding of financial data analysis and forecasting

• Certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be considered a plus

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations

• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to direct and supervise

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
