The Training Content Coordinator supports the training team by developing, maintaining, and updating training curriculum content across various formats. The coordinator also leverages analytics to enhance training effectiveness and collaborates with various teams to continuously improve the training programs.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update training curriculum content for online orientation, hands-on training sessions, and follow-up online and in-market workshops.
Conduct online learning modules via LMS for existing technicians, ensuring engaging and effective delivery.
Identify training needs and produce content for the Connect platform, including quick-reference guides, step-by-step instructions for OEM software programming, licensing, service information access, and other relevant tools.
Create and maintain a comprehensive library of job aids covering topics such as logging into apps, updating software and firmware, billing processes, fleet management, and more.
Work with the Technician Support team, Tooling team, and other support services to build and maintain an FAQ library.
Collaborate with the Training Manager and Crash LMS team to develop structured learning paths that support career growth.
Host online workshops and coordinate in-market workshops to facilitate continuous learning and professional development.
Review and edit training content to ensure high quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards.
Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve materials and delivery methods.
Track and report on training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine learning paths and develop targeted training solutions.
Experiment with interactive e-learning formats and innovative methodologies to enhance engagement and retention.
Manage a centralized repository for all training materials, ensuring accessibility and proper version control.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into training programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Automotive Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in training content development.
3+ years of experience in developing training content or curriculum.
Experience in automotive training or technical fields is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and learning management systems (LMS).
Familiarity with online training platforms, webinars, and virtual training tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain organization and focus while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in training methodologies.
Certification in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related field (e.g., ATD, CPTM).
Background in automotive tools, software, or services.
Experience in creating digital content, including interactive e-learning modules.
Knowledge of training program evaluation and metrics.
25% of overnight travel may be required, including air travel.
A safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments
Working knowledge of ADAS and electrical service (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair, etc.) a plus.
