Catholic Health Initiatives Property Maintenance Technician in Fargo, North Dakota

A Property Maintenance Technician performs day to day repairs and maintenance of the buildings, grounds, equipment and transportation. They are also responsible for preventative maintenance programs, facility improvements and maintaining inventory. The Property Maintenance Technician works directly with the Department Supervisors to meet the needs of the people we support to ensure a safe living environment and well kept property.

Responsibilities

  • Completes Property Maintenance requests as needed.

  • Maintains the grounds according to the season.

  • Maintains and repairs vehicles, equipment and the physical plants.

  • Assists with agency emergency situations as requested.

Qualifications

  • Two years experience in the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment and transportation.

  • Working knowledge of the materials, equipment and methods used in the maintenance field.

  • Ability to perform the physical labor necessary for maintenance work and the lifting of heavy objects.

  • Ability to plan, organize and facilitate effective communication.

  • Current valid driver's license, proof of motor vehicle insurance and access to a vehicle.

Pay Range

$23.00 - $26.90 /hour
